Services described

Pages on this site describe analytics assessments, funnel reviews, and reporting retainers for nonprofit donor apps. Descriptions are informational. A separate written scope and fee confirmation form the contract for any paid engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, including copy and visual design, remains the property of Appcornercore unless otherwise noted. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed to the client for internal nonprofit use; we retain the right to reuse anonymised methods and non-confidential examples.

Client materials

You warrant that exports and recordings you share are lawfully obtained and that you have authority to provide them. You remain responsible for redacting sensitive personal data as requested in our intake guidance.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Appcornercore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from decisions made after reading our briefs. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

No guarantee of fundraising outcomes

Analytics guidance informs decisions; it does not guarantee donation totals, retention rates, or board approval of campaigns.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep fees and service descriptions current. If a page conflicts with a written quote, the quote prevails.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements originating from this site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
